This 5-day course is designed for reservoir engineers and management personnel who are involved in the evaluation of hydrocarbon field development plans. The course consists of three parts.
Part I presents theoretical background in hydrocarbon reservoir simulation.
Part II provides course-takers an opportunity to exercise to solve representative problems using an in-house simulator.
Part III allows course-takers to carry out an in-class reservoir simulation example with a commercial reservoir simulator.
